A session costs $240. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan your out of pocket cost will be $98.15 after the Medicare rebate. We also accept health funds and DVA.

No, you don’t need a referral to book or attend a session.
However, if you have a referral from your GP (they will complete a mental health care plan for you) you will receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
If you are unable to get in to see your GP you can get a MHCP from Instascripts. -
It’s a type of talk therapy (commonly referred to as psychotherapy) that is evidence-based, focusing on emotions, somatic responses and unconscious processes rather than only focusing on conscious thoughts and behaviours. It often provides people with a deeper understanding of their difficulties but is also focused on addressing problems that are in the here and now.

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both the public and private sector. She completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle. Sarah believes people need someone to be in the moment with them as they bear their feelings. She prioritises emotional regulation and understanding so people feel empowered to meet their true capacity. Sarah’s well trained therapy dog, Remi provides a calming presence for her clients each session.

Nick is a Clinical Psychologist and AHPRA approved supervisor. He has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and over a decade of experience between both public mental health and private practise. Nick is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood. His compassionate style empowers clients to feel comfortable facing their challenges, knowing they’re not alone in the journey.

Tanya is a clinical psychologist who has a wealth of experience in both private practice and research. Holding a PhD in Psychology from the University of New England and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle, Tanya's research during her doctoral studies delved into trauma and its related psychological effects. Her goal is to collaboratively address mental health challenges, facilitating a journey towards a more wholesome life unburdened by associated stressors

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist with vast experience working with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological difficulties. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Newcastle. Sarah is a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Hunter Integrated Pain Service (HIPS). Sarah recognises the important role that emotions play in both mental and physical wellbeing.
